Our founding team ran global AMS practices at Big 4 firms. We lived the inefficiency firsthand. Autonomous AMS exists because we knew the model was broken long before AI could fix it.
Our mission
For decades, enterprise application management has been delivered the same way: offshore teams, tiered runbooks, and SLA windows measured in business days. The model hasn't changed — only the hourly rates have.
We built Autonomous AMS because we watched some of the world's largest enterprises pay premium prices for support that was fundamentally reactive, slow, and fragile. Senior consultants triaging access requests. Institutional knowledge walking out the door every time a key resource left. System Integrators racing to the bottom on price because they had no other way to differentiate.
AI changes the economics of this completely. 70% of AMS tickets follow known patterns. They can be resolved in minutes, not days — autonomously, consistently, and at a fraction of the delivery cost. The founding team
The Autonomous AMS founding team comes from Big 4 consulting practices where they built, priced, and delivered global AMS programs at scale. This is not an outsider's solution to a problem they read about.
Former Global Head of SAP AMS at a Big 4 firm, where he led a 400-person practice delivering managed services across 60+ enterprise clients. Built and sold three AMS-adjacent technology businesses before co-founding Autonomous AMS. Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and BTP environments.
Led enterprise AI engineering teams at two Fortune 500 technology companies before moving into product. Architect of the autonomous resolution engine that powers the platform. Previously built AI-assisted ITSM tooling used by 40+ enterprise clients globally.
20-year career in SI channel development and enterprise software sales. Built the partner ecosystems for two enterprise software companies from zero to $50M ARR. Previously ran global SI alliances for a major ITSM platform vendor, with deep relationships across the SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce SI community.
How we work
We don't build speculatively. Every capability in Autonomous AMS was requested by a real SI partner dealing with real delivery pain. We validate before we build, always.
AI resolves 70% of AMS tickets. It does not replace senior architects, manage client relationships, or handle true production crises. We never oversell the autonomy. Your P1s will always have a human.
We sell to System Integrators, not around them. Autonomous AMS is a capability layer that makes your practice more competitive — not a product that cuts you out of the delivery chain.
We are confident enough in the platform to offer a 30-day pilot with no lock-in. If you don't see meaningful autonomous resolution in the first month, you don't continue. No penalties.
